It’s official; fall is here. It is time for cooler weather, college football, fall festivals, caramel apples, Halloween, and of course, the re-introduction of pumpkin spice flavored everything. But, OH MY GOURD, before you order that pumpkin spice latte, please be sure to create the estate plan you have been putting off. A simple yet comprehensive estate plan should include a will, an advance directive, and powers of attorney. There are, of course, other legal documents that can and perhaps should be in your estate planning portfolio. At Scarola Law, we listen to our clients, assess their needs, and educate them concerning what type of estate plan would be the best fit based on their circumstances. Kick off this fall season by giving us a call to start the estate planning process. Doing so, will bring you peace of mind that lasts well beyond the golden foliage.
